@arstechnica Remember, this is all an awful, cruel distraction from the fact that normal people extracted a moment's consequences, even if just the prospect of social sanction, from one of Trump's ICE goons. They're supposed to be masked and untouchable and these people were able to expose Pastor ICE Goon to his community. For one brief moment, one of their own had to feel real discomfort, and that has them shook.

A half hour later, the official White House X account posted an altered version in which Armstrong’s face was manipulated to make it appear that she was crying.
