@CactuarJoe I have thought about it. And this is the movie poster for the film, apparently.

First, those are doll people, not puppet people.

Second, the dog scene was pretty lame. The dog easily could have jumped over that crate and just eaten them.

Third, calling it "Attack of the Puppet People" and assuming the humans in this picture are the Puppet People, it looks like the plot of the movie must be these people going around with a knife attacking dogs. Of course, this shows a bunch of doll people using a knife as a team. That never happened.

I did actually vote it as the worst #monsterdon. It might not be the worst of all time, but it ranks up there for me. Too lame to make much fun of and too boring for long stretches.
