I'm in a consortium where we're running a gazillion services, mostly self-hosted and the rest with international companies but data storage in Europe and except for Zoom we have zero issues right now.

No one provider has a majority of servers which is pretty good (don't know how that breaks down by active accounts per service provider though)

* Yes, we occasionally have tornadoes. Usually an F0 or F1, and averaging one in the metropolitan area about every other year.
