The #vegetarian and #vegan choices in the supermarket are so much more elaborate than ever before. We adore to use vegetarian burgers in our dishes. Our favourites are the broccoli burger and the cauliflower burger. Here we have combined it with a fresh salad with cucumbers, dille and mayo and lingonberry jam from Ikea 🥰☺️
