@caseyliss

It’s a really good app. You should check it out.

(Huge congrats, Casey!)

@caseyliss sounds like they got the summer of subs memo 👍
@caseyliss congrats, kay celis!
@jelly never stops making me chuckle.
@caseyliss 🎉 well-deserved, Casey!
@caseyliss Heck yeah! Congratulations, Casey! Well deserved.
@caseyliss Congratulations and so well deserved. Your hard work is very evident in the polish and features. I get so much use out of the app that renewing is of course a 🙅 🧠 for me.

@caseyliss Way to go! It’s a good app, you deserve the recognition!

And thanks for making it and continuing to make it better and better! Keep up the good work!

@caseyliss well deserved, congrats!
@caseyliss well deserved. It’s a great app.
@caseyliss @gPiak this could be Cowactors!
This could happen to you!
You can do it!
@enthraxxx @caseyliss if I didn't get the app removed by not updating it 😬
@caseyliss Thanks for building this! So much better than random web searches.

@caseyliss Congrats -- it motivated me to try using it years after downloading it, as DVDPedia/Pocketpedia is dying of neglect.

Tried putting in the last film I saw: Cloud

Not a good start -- a bunch of movies containing the word Cloud popped up, the ones just titled "Cloud" had no poster pic or year or any other way to guess which would be the right one.
Had to go to IMDB to find the correct spelling of the director, Kiyoshi Kurosawa - searching for his name lead to the correct Cloud.

@TedTodorov Understandable, but let's be honest: that's throwing the app directly into the middle of the ocean. Not exactly setting it up for success. :)

@caseyliss Sorry, we NYers keep watching subtitled movies and other off the beaten path stuff. It gets worse -- foreign films often have multiple titles in different languages. For instance Kiyoshi Kurosawa's best film is referred to either as Kairo or Pulse.

Film buffs like me should go back to their artsy movie theater and stop bothering normal people ;)

@TedTodorov haha, no, I wouldn’t say that! I’m just saying a search for a word as common as “cloud” is not going to end well for Callsheet.

@caseyliss Guessing there is no way to import existing movie list from an app like DVDPedia?

That said, it is very good, very useful, fantastic UI! Thank you!!!

@TedTodorov no, no concept of import. Nor export, which, actually, I should probably build.
@caseyliss Making the App Store world tour! Well done!

@caseyliss congratulations Casey 🎉

and well deserved sir!🫡

@leemorgan 💙

Hope you’re doing well… and have slept at least a few winks lately.

@caseyliss Great job!!! If there’s space for a feature request, I’d love to see two date on a movie, theater release and digital release. =)
@caseyliss Congratulations Casey! Well deserved!
@caseyliss nice! And well-deserved. I use your app every time I watch TV. I even set up a custom Focus Home Screen to make it easy to find.
@Kubi @caseyliss this “do everything but watch the movie” setup is incredible.
