Mike Shewardi don't think enough people realize that when you make a phone call to someone else, the other phone literally stops what it is doing and makes a noise and shakes, it's very distracting, please do not make phone calls

Will 🏳️🌈@sbourne @SecureOwl With my mom, I send her a text asking if talking at X time will be good. Invariably, she calls me as soon as she gets the text instead of the time I've blocked out to be prepared for, carefully scripted. Really puts me out of sorts for quite a while.

@sbourne @SecureOwl Good idea. For her, it can be seconds to days before she reads a text, so it would be hard to plan on the expected untimebound call.
