"As the fifth day of LA anti ICE protests continues, police appear to have surrounded and kettled a number of protestors in downtown, per ABC7 Helicopter.
Hordes of cops descend on the protestors as they are arrested en masse and placed into LAPD busses. Study protest formations if you want to avoid being kettled. Another larger protest is still happening nearby on Alameda/Temple."

"Other group of protestors has taken over 101 freeway again. The group is growing in size & met by only handful of CHP cops.
They've taken over both sides of freeway & CHP car is being smacked w/water bottles as they're outnumbered by protestors.
101 is completely blocked off on both sides. On Sunday, they only held one side before being pushed off. The area they're in is much easier to leave meaning kettle is difficult for cops."

Police bus with a few arrested protesters drives off near 26 Fed Plaza.
A van with kidnapped immigrants just pulled out. Two protesters jumped the police barricade to press their faces to the van window to confirm. They were both arrested."

You know, one of the things we’ve heard from Americans in media interviews is that he’s “just joking/trolling about annexing Canada.” And that they’re *100% sure* the US military wouldn’t obey orders to invade us. Yeah. If they’ll enthusiastically obey orders to attack their own friends and neighbours, what on earth would stop them from marching across our border too? Nothing.
@KimberlyN There are a lot of things people said he'd never do. (Beginning with my ex-husband who said in 2016 that Trump would never get in!) But I've lived with abusers, I know they will do the worst, most ridiculous thing you can think of, because no one will believe they'd do that. So whatever is the worst thing, I'm sure he will try.
I am doubtful he has anything close to the capability to invade someone else, but I don't doubt he would try.
I'm an Army brat also. I never saw anything political when I was a kid living on different bases.
I served 3.5 yrs on Okinawa, Japan, and the only demonstrations ever held that I saw were held annually by some Okinawans who thought we shouldn't be there. Fortunately for us Americans, we employed many Okinawan people on the various bases. We put up with it as they put up with us.
