Sylke’s home cookingOn meatless Monday (after a weekend of eating out) my son and I made Schnitzel from King Oyster mushrooms with Japanese Tonkatsu sauce and Korean Kimchi rice with added Kohlrabi leaves. The leaves come from my balcony. We went easy on the Gochujang in the Kimchi rice this time which was better for my tastebuds. Definitely a winning combination.
