Finally had time to watch Pewdiepie's "I installed Linux" video.

Don't know what I was expecting... but *wasn't* expecting a great list of reasons why, in 2025, you should stop using Windows and install Linux—he even mentions how to use systemd-analyze!

@tripplehelix @geerlingguy He's more familiar with some commands than I am and I've been using Linux as my sole OS for well over 20 years.

He's got a lot of Linux people just itching to help him through stuff though. I had to RTFM.

Gaming still has some issues. If the game has certain anti-cheat features for example, it probably won't work on Linux even with Proton. Even if the anti-cheat product can, the developers rarely enable that. Most games though work fine, especially the indi stuff

@geerlingguy I have no idea how you managed to watch the video in it's entirety.
When I opened it up in Tubular (which includes the SponsorBlock add-on) the entire timeline lit up like a Christmas tree. I skipped through the video and I couldn't suffer him "doing a voice" for more than three seconds. 😬
