I'm a little surprised to find myself here saying this, but I just made and enjoyed a tasty #vegan #mousse composed primarily of #tofu and baking #chocolate. I haven't had much experience cooking tofu into meals, but blending it with melted chocolate was less intimidating. It made a delicious dessert that was satisfying with just a small serving, particularly when topped with berries. The recipe's from The Doctor's Kitchen.
