Ellie Kennard@Nonilex how can that be a surprise? The chat messages were set to auto delete after a week, as was shown in the article. So they did. Signal app did its job as requested. Perhaps if the request to retain them had been made before the 7 days from the first messages were up the settings could have been changed?
