It said that #Hegseth did so FROM HIS HOME on an Army base in Washington while accompanied by “his junior military assistant, & his personal communicator.”
For nearly 9 months, #Trump admin officials have defended top #NationalSecurity leaders who shared information in a #Signal chat about #US strikes in #Yemen, first reported by #TheAtlantic’s editor in chief, #JeffreyGoldberg, who was inadvertently included in the group. Officials played down the severity of the breach & insisted that the information wasn’t #classified.
