President Donald Trump says his trade policies will never change despite sending the global economy into a tailspin by announcing tariffs on foreign imports. He's spending the weekend at his private clubs in Florida. He woke up on Friday morning at Mar-a-Lago and headed to his nearby golf course after writing on social media that this is a great time to get rich. He waved to supporters as he arrived. The Republican president is not expected to appear publicly, although he’s scheduled to attend a candlelit dinner for MAGA Inc., an allied political organization.
IF ONLY all the masses could walk to and stomp on his golfing grounds. That might hit home. Might.

I did watch / hear some CBC coverage, and it was good coverage...just had to find it...which wasn't as easy as you'd expect or hope.
CBC has been trying. Poilievre won't even talk to them, so very little coverage on that front. I heard a tepid interview with that fucking quisling Danielle Smith...a lot of softball questions and no follow ups for pivotal questions following dodgy responses. They'd better wake the fuck up. This is existential for them. ☠️ 🇨🇦 ☠️

I think that's worth looking at more than some protests.
We do not have real news in America.
What we have is 1 celebrity type reporter interviewing another celebrity type reporter, concerning how they think and feel about recent events. Or, in the case of the print media, either completely ignoring the issues or burying them into obscurity.
Real new would have no opinion, nor be political, because real news is not moderate, conservative, or progressive. Reporting all the facts - the wonderful, good, bad, ugly.
