Last night I minimized all windows, closed the lid, had dinner, and went to bed.
This morning, I opened the lid, and 1 hour and 18 minutes later, I was still looking at this screen. Finally, I did a hard reboot. Updates are paused until March 11th.
Every single Windows developer and their entire Product Management staff should be FIRED and never allowed to work in software development again!

WTF! If we talk on the phone or FaceTime, either be present in the moment or reschedule... I'm over this shit where people/friends have you on the phone, and they're texting, filling in forms and all this other nonsense and narrating it while they do it... essentially (and passive/aggressively) telling you that their life is more important than their relationship with you. #respect #dignity

At the age of 8, her mother would put her in a bathtub filled with warm water and then go shoot up heroin. She learned to get soap in her eyes and cry, so her mother would come and get her out of the tub.

As an adult, she cared for her addict mother. Tuesday at 1p, she signed papers to take her mom off life support; her mom passed at 3p.

Yesterday, Comcast fired her.

Today, I said goodbye to her as she carried the last of her mother's things away. I love her as if she were my own daughter.

Today marks 11 years since the FBI arrested my Russian girlfriend outside my condo. I've not dated since. Too many bad choices required me to stop and work on me.
