Each crew member has an archetype (a trait + a background), some perks and some quirks. If you’ve ever played #tricubetales, this will sound familiar! All of the data needed to generate crew comes in datapacks (included with the game, or make your own!).

Job difficulty changes depending on your crew's traits, backgrounds, perks, and quirks. You need to make sure to send a crew that’s suited for each job, or you’re setting them up for failure — so build the right crew for each job!
