Here's a new book I'm currently reading for a plant based diet certificate. About a year ago I switched to a mostly plant based diet (although I'm not militant about it) but I found out at a recent doctor's appointment that my blood sugar was a little high. Thanks, menopause! Now I'm also eating low carb. I wanted to learn more about how to eat a truly healthy plant based diet and this is the main textbook.
