@arjache @moira I think you used to be able to get green maraschino cherries easier. When I tried making a similar-looking eggnog pie recipe, I was disappointed to realize even canned fruit cocktail just isn't colorful like that anymore.

@attoparsec @arjache Yeah, I am assuming they're alt-colour maraschino cherries because there's not a separate ingredient that they could be.

and yes I checked the list, pimento isn't in it
