Ok, I know this is going to be rough, but WOW! 
It's going to be A While until this fully comes to fruition, but this seems like a good placement and width allocation.
The awkward bit is going to be placing the elevators - my gut tells me to put it on the other side of the "foyer", but we might not have enough platform length for that. Alternate option is to place 1-2 on the low side of the stairs. (Luanti having 1x1m elevators makes some new accessibility options possible
)
Nope, one more redesign, because that one turned out to leave too little space for platform amenities. A single, very wide stairwell is the solution.
It's just barely possible to meet the visibility requirements in order to allow yield signs to be used on the CS2 and D Road intersection, and the sweet deal is taken! We now have a clear idea of how D Road will pass through Keppkirk station.

@Parnikkapore This is giving me ideas for a rail/transport network I was trying to build in a specific area of a specific map seed!
I did make some substantial progress with it a couple of years ago but unfortunately the map got deleted because it was on a host that deletes inactive servers after a few months of inactivity, so I think that this time, I'm going to set it up on a temporary self-hosted server to move to the self-hosted box I want to use for hosting game servers in the future!
