Last night my son was up late and I checked in. He asks if I want to see the drawing he did. I had questions. I’m impressed! I did ask if he traced it. Nope. He hand drew it, inverted. My son who school “professionals,” and who know better than parents, said he had small motor issues and that’s why he had trouble writing. Nope! It turns out he loves to write and draw and create. He just couldn’t learn it FROM YOU.

@btaroli
Seriously impressive. 👍 😀
@btaroli There’s a book called “Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain” that teaches drawing upside down. Inverted drawing forces the person to work in the creative, right side, of the brain. I’m a photographer. I started studying this technique. When I figured out how to move from L to R brain, my photography took a great compositional leap forward. Now, when I put my camera to my left (strongest) eye, i feel a “click” in my head and I know I’m in the zone. Tell him Good Job BTW
@horqua @miclgael I did ask him if his drawing the plane inverted horizontally was intentional. He said it was. He didn’t want it to be exactly like the photograph. 😂
