You and I must have different definitions of "garbage" if you consider what looks like a "Marxist-Leninist Party of Germany" newspaper garbage. Someone probably could have read that and learned something important about the class struggle and their place in it. Revolutionary literature should never be considered garbage.

I didn't see the link before, but after reading it, I have no idea why you called them Trotskyists when they clearly aren't. I don't know what you have against their views on the wars in Ukraine and Gaza, but they seem very reasonable. And I didn't see any evidence of them being a "Maoist brainwashing cult" (besides, they aren't even Maoists).

They are not a cult or "sekte" (german). in the wikipedia article there is a polit-researcher who used this word. There is no other evidence, also not from ex members, or himself, lol.

Personally, I'm not a fan of Marxism and definitely not Leninism as it's premises result just in a change of hats, not abolishment of violence and forced-on power structures.
The MLPD just weaponized the Demonstration (with no criticism re: Hamas' actions!) as a means to recruit members.
