Doing a little bit of gam jamming using #macroquad for #quadjam with #rust

The optional theme is shadows so I want to make something that is sorta "horror" themed. Not aiming for jump scares but more so "stay alive with less vision". Could also potentionally add additional "light sources" that do something similar to what I have here.

Added some fancier lighting and now lights mix well together. There probably won't be a huge amount of light mixing going on in the game jam entry but it was fun regardless.
Also did a few other minor things like reading shaders from files and adding a way to access the assets folder.

Power was down all day yesterday but so far today I have made the shader much better. Now there is at least a little bit of global visibility. This was a bit of a head scratcher but in the end I set a minimum intensity to the light so that there is no hard border to the light
