The recipe I'm using. I love that it doesn't require browning the chicken - I mean, I adore golden brown delicious chicken but it's extra work when I'm feeling blah, plus I feel vindicated in my nostalgia for the simple boiled chicken of my childhood. I fell in love with Korean food during my decade in San Diego, which is home to a rainbow of Asian communities and their cuisines.
