That’s not even possible in every situation. The Secret Service would be chasing nuts down all day even with way more people than they have now.
People like Elon Musk and Kathy Griffin, who was very explicit, may get immediate visits (in Kathy’s case, I’m sure she did.) Musk they kind of have to treat with kid gloves because of his reach. Will they put a scare into him, step up surveillance? Of course they will.
With everyday Joes and Janes it’s about repetition and escalation.
