One of the financial papers said that if Harris wins, massive numbers of centimillionaires and billionaires will leave the country.
My response is, don't threaten us with a good time.
DoS, cancel their passports on the way out.
(I was told that surrendering you passport out of country creates a catch 22. You have to return to the states to get a new one. You can't get back in the states without one...or committing a crime getting there)
