Notice how many good guys with guns were present at Trump's rally, and still they were unable to keep a bad guy from firing his rifle at Trump.

The solution is not more guns. The solution is no weapons in the hands of the bad guys.

@randahl MILITARY WEAPONS should ONLY be in hands of MILITARY PEOPLE and POLICE

They are TOOLS NOT TOYS ...

@Lstn2urmama @randahl
If you trust the police to be better armed than you then you welcome more oppression by police. The Panthers understood this. That is why American gun laws started in California, Reagan and the police couldn't stand the idea of armed minorities protecting their communities from police abuse. The Mumford act is easy to read about from you place of privilege safe from police abuse.
@mstrmustache @randahl WE do not use guns or carry publicly and have RESPECT for them and do not use as toys with children... many guns here are banned.. CHILDREN HAVE KILLED CHILDREN & ADULTS IN OWN HOMES BECAUSE OF VIOLENCE IN THE MEDIA or get mental ideas from those who do damages to others...
@Lstn2urmama @randahl
And how many minority children did your government steal and kill in their group homes? How's that blackface wearing prime minister? We see how yall work out for minorities.
No thanks.
@mstrmustache SAD when you LIVE in the PAST where they want to TAKE YOU,SLAVE YOU and CANNOT see your FUTURE which STANDS right IN your FACE ...

@Lstn2urmama
We KNOW that authoritarians want us non-white, non-Christian non-straight non-hetero folks to be good little slaves. Unfortunately (for yall) we have LEARNED from the past and what happens to us when they tell us to trust the government to "save us".

By the way, thanks for going Freudian mask off for us there. I'll pass on yall "slaving" me. We protect us now.

@Lstn2urmama @randahl

Karl Marx — 'Under no pretext should arms and ammunition be surrendered; any attempt to disarm the workers must be frustrated, by force if necessary'

A disarmed worker class is encouraged by those most likely to benefit from it to the detriment of the workers.

@mstrmustache this is just not true. No one in my country is better armed than the police, and police oppression is a rare phenomenon.

What you need is a better educated police force, better police salaries, and stronger methods for rooting out the bad apples in the police force.

@randahl @Lstn2urmama

Oh yeah, I am sure that coming from an 85% homogenous place with absolutely no issues with abuse towards migrant populations absolutely qualifies you to speak of socio-economic forces in the US.

I am sure you also have researched the LEGAL impossibility of European gun laws in the US.

I make it a point not to comment on other countries politics when I don't have a solid grounding on the basics of their dynamics. Perhaps that's a standpoint you should cultivate.

Why race matters in Denmark and the consequence of ignoring it

Like many of its European neighbors, Denmark has a long history as a colonizing nation. The Nordic nation participated in the trans-Atlantic slave trade...
