It's not that I don't expect the NYT to launder far right talking points, that's always been their thing and they doubled down on it under Trump.
What frightens me is the *sloppiness* lately. They can barely be bothered to hide what they're doing anymore.
They've decided it's publicly acceptable.

I've seen people saying variations of "Biden has to resign now. Heck, the things being published now would have, even a month ago much less over the last 4 years, only been written by conspiracy theorists and right wing demagogues. And now it's coming from everybody in the mainstream!" with absolutely no sense of awareness of what they're admitting.
It's an absolute embarrassment and everybody involved should be ashamed of themselves. But just like in the past, they'll blame somebody else for their own actions.
