Elon Musk’s X is the first company to be charged under the EU’s digital services act. It has been found non-compliant for
1. Blue checks decieving users since there’s no actual verification.
2. Not providing a searchable library of ads.
3. Not providing data access to researchers.

It's not that I don't expect the NYT to launder far right talking points, that's always been their thing and they doubled down on it under Trump.
What frightens me is the *sloppiness* lately. They can barely be bothered to hide what they're doing anymore.
They've decided it's publicly acceptable.
Ugh, I should probably be using this more but the past few years have sucked. I just moved across the country to my first actual personal space in years though, and I started resisting money to put my life together. I left California with everything I currently own in a backpack and a double bag and now I need to furnish a room and get some kitchen stuff. With no income and being permanently disabled.
So it's been a lot.
