A. Reproduces, never dies
B. Reproduces, always dies.
C., Never reproduces, never dies.
D. Never reproduces, always dies.

Class A must fail due to resource exhaustion.
Class D has happened countless times.
Class C would be a boring life.
Class B is most people.

An intelligent Lifeform would never destroy their environment, but alas, here we are.

I experienced the WORST customer service today at a store in town

I don't want to mention the name of the store because I'm not sure how I'm going to proceed. Friday I bought something from this store. I paid cash for it. Got home and found out it didn't work. So I took it back to the store and asked if I could get a refund. The girl in the store told me “NO” even though I still had the receipt. I asked if I could get a replacement instead then. Again this person told me "NO." I asked to talk to a manager now as I'm really not happy and I explained that I had just bought the item, had got it home and it didn't work. The manager just smiled and told me to my face that I was "OUT OF LUCK." No refund. No FREE replacement. Grrrrrrrrr. I'll NEVER buy another lottery ticket from them again.

I'm curious just how far it would be possible to go, in terms of functionality, if one were to make a Fediverse server and a web frontend to go with it, where said frontend is written entirely in HTML and CSS and nothing else. Would it even function, enough? I feel like if so then that simply has to be more secure than anything involving JS (or whatever else like that, but that I know of offhand, JS)… right?
