The insurer definitely wants me to replace the roof on my garage. They aren't sure if they want me to replace the roof on the house, and won't say how to resolve that. They also are concerned about tree overhang, but don't say which trees or how much the trees need to be pruned back.
Guess I'll shop for a new insurer.
lolnope, the roof on my house is 20+ years old according to the insurers' records, so it'll need to be replaced before anyone insures it.
Current insurer is willing to work with me, if I can get a replacement in contract before the end of the month.
@benlk I was just wondering yesterday why black continues to be the normal roof color.
At least here in Vegas we use pinkish terra cotta tiles.
