EDIT - "food stuff'. I have no idea what two-dimensial foot stuff might be. But I think I might be into it.
The ideal pancake contains bacon and is rolled up with syrup inside.
@ZachWeinersmith More cakey than custardy, but I chose something else because a pancake is usually much higher hydration to take advantage of the method of cooking.
The custardy cupcake is the canelé, which is also delicious.
@ZachWeinersmith all the people saying "so thin it has no inside" are absurd and are forgetting that crepes exist.
I like raw dough but I will admit that is not the proper pancake consistency. It should be fluffy but not wet on the inside, like a cake with a very open consistency.
