Trump is adding his obnoxious image to US passports. So it is absolutely the duty of every other country to make some sort of passport stamp that makes him look like a clown or more of an idiot something. I'm sure Denmark is probably up to this task, but it'd be great if loads of countries did this. Someone spread this idea to those consultants that can make this happen.
Bottling the plum wine. I need to make room for the blackberry wine that will need to be pressed soon.
Wild yeast Elderflower Wit. I have this on tap as well, but they always taste a little better out of the bottle for some reason.
The dough rose so much I decided to just bake it today and skip the fridge ferment as there's not much bacteria in the culture anyway.
I milled some wheat to attempt making a loaf of bread using my wild 'abbey' yeast culture to leave it. Going to treat it kind of like a sourdough.
The second Torch Cactus flower has opened now and the first one looks to be fading. The worst part about these flowers is how briefly they last.
