Nice, lots of stuff just works on the federated side (which I expected, but nice to see). Video, links, thread indicators, replies.
Out of the 3 Posts in the thread, 2 show up in my home timeline but in the wrong order and one doesn't show up at all. It's a good start.

Doug Bowman@paul I’ve noticed they do strange things with self-replies (ie “threads”) that affects display in the algo timeline. Not sure if it’s only algo ranking, or if the thread itself gains markers that change its treatment.
It’s a common complaint there that threads are less visible than single posts. Which is obviously ironic given the brand. But whatever. Wouldn’t be surprised if that has follow-on consequences for syndication via ActivityPub and display order here.
@stop posts out of order on Mastodon isn't that unusual so hard to say if its something weird on their end or just federation delay.
Jonathan Polley@paul I’ve seen out-of-order posts from other federated instances, too, so it may not be a Threads problem.

@marcoshuerta yeah it should resolve itself shortly. Has to do with newer versions of Ruby/TLS that updated Mastodon deployments have. Meta had to fix it on their end. It just started working for mastodon.social a few minutes ago.
@marcoshuerta in fact, it appear to be working now although I’m not sure why the follower count is 0 🤨
@paul Ha, fair enough! Was wondering it would be strange seeing content from a service that you didn’t build for, but I guess other ActivityPub things can show up too, so this isn’t the first time.
@matt yeah I got over that a while back when I first saw people connecting to that Trump network and then hacking bluesky support in.
