The Sun has burped out another Coronal Mass Ejection (#CME) which this predictor has picked to arrive at Earth at around 0200Z on 20Nov2023.
That's 3pm in #New Zealand when it will be light, but the predictor says the resultant disturbance will not be particularly short.

Nasa's WSA-ENLIL predictor also says that the peak of the #CME impact will be at around 0700Z, or 8pm #NZ time when it will be heading towards darkness.
The predictor also shows that the impact of the CME will continue for some hours.
So people in #NewZealand with clear skies to the south could do worse than to go outside in a dark place on Monday evening and look to the South.
A time exposure using a camera (or cellphone) on a tripod may be worth a go.

Australian authorities are rather reserved in their predictions, so don't get you hopes up too high, but if you don't look for these things you are unlikely to see them.
