@elektra I buy 5 lb bags of two different beans. One is medium roast and the other is a darker roast. Grind them separately. Put a little dark in the bottom of the come filter and top it with 3 times the medium roast. It’s heavenly.
On a side note, coffee prices are way up due to climate change.
