In short, I don't think #Solidity adds any value to the world and it's like learning #Roblox instead if #Lua or #SDL in it's unique and weird ways and it doesn't even provide any transferable #skills compared to say #COBOL...

There's the various shitcoins that use WebAssembly or BPF (Yes, really) as the VM, so as long as you can find a COBOL compiler that has a LLVM backend, this wouldn't be as hard as it seems at first glance.

@greyarea @silverpill TBH, I wish all the #Shitcoins (espechally #Bitcoin  and other #ASIC-mined shit) will die a slow and painful death and that those that have billions sunk into it like #AndreesenHorrowitz will loose everything and have to file for bankrupcy.

Longterm I hope #Monero  will become the new #PayPal  but in a good way:

@greyarea @silverpill Also one wants that shit to actually work like cash and not beholden to some centralization.

I.e. all those #Stablecoin-#Scams being able to delete funds from specific wallets due to "#sanctions" as well as the whole "#dusting" attack vector on #Ethereum (and #Bitcoin  ) using tainted coins and wallets which are the equivalent of getting a monkey to throw feces at someone's face.
