Update: plebes can now access franco-german "Group of Experts" #EU reform proposals in English from a government website. They just held off for a few hours so Mathias Döpfner and the anti-European right-wing tabloid could get some extra clicks and ad revenue.

A lot of his protectors (Fiala, Nehammer, Meloni) are hiding behind #PiS but probably other governments would not like the "and find out" stage of FAFO.
Anyway, good level of ambition on #Article7 reform:
* drop the veto, 4/5 majority
* automatic sanctions after 5 years of blocked procedure (not sure how legally sound)
* time limits on procedure vote
