It even supports localisation: I get the interface in German.
I need to experiment with this, it may mean I now have Audacity on mobile devices...

@jacket I think that's what it is, from what I've heard.
Wasm is never simple, but if the whole stack is already wasm-friendly and not super OS-API-dependent, it's doable. Audacity seems to sit in that sweet spot.
