Experience- and identity- based theorizations of the gender/sex sometimes render racialized differences invisible. Alliance-based theorizations are about creating shared experience and exploring the new avenues of escape created through inclusion.

Are you trans, intersex, and/or gender-expansive (TIG)? There's an important setting you need to check!
Go into your brain and find the setting for "friendly-fire" and make sure it is toggled "OFF". Turning off friendly-fire means not directing your anger and rage at other TIG people.

This song is kind of hard to search for online thanks to Jem and the Holograms, but it deserves some love. Right before Lily Allen hit it big, we had Jem and her album, "Finally Woken". It aged well, even if it is hard to remember.
Then we have āthe separation of church and state.ā The realization that certain religious people would always try to take over the government is not new! The founding fathers had seen the downsides of theocracy. It is clear, however, that the legal separation of church and state is now being systematically erodedāas a direct result of the lack of a cultural wall between church and state. There is not today and has never been in my lifetime a political party that truly stands for the rejection of religion as an ingredient in the public policy process. That has to change.
