I was reading the news online and saw the weirdest targeted ad. I can't even identify those last two chemicals. Any ideas?

I think digital components are the mayfly’s of technology. Their useful lifespan is tiny in comparison to what came before.

I can’t quite place my finger on it but there is something human about analog gauges that I find missing from their digital alternatives.

Same with tactile controls such as knobs and switches, a touchscreen doesn’t give the same satisfactory feedback even if it does do the same job.

Ultimately, I think it all comes down to longevity. I have seen 130 year old analogue dials still in use, I don’t think their digital counterparts will fair as well.

I’ve realised I have a headache, it’s hot and I’m dehydrated. Probably not helping my ability to concentrate.
