@ashleygjovik reread whole thing and it is basic CEO bluff. He can't afford not to maximize profits here and now. Act is created with this knowledge. He can't "slow walk", because that means he leaves money on the table.
Unless he is sole owner of company, this is just another rich guy complaining how gov does not allow to exploit people.
