This is my true-crime-podcast of an account dedicated to my whistleblower legal battle with my ex-employer, Apple Computer
Ask me about Apple's neglected offices on dangerous toxic waste dumps; Apple's secret silicon fab exhausting metric tons of solvents & lethal gases in the middle of dense residential neighborhoods; & how Apple fired me after I learned about it & complained to the US gov

I struggled putting this motion together with everything else I had to deal with concurrently, but I got it on the calendar & everything in place
I may receive and do deserve a lecture about being more organized with this specific motion
But if the Judge grants my request, even partially, it will mean those records are now 'on the record' when he considers Apple's next response
Which would be very very helpful to me
Apple's position on civil discovery was that I needed to sign a broad NDA that covered all my work conditions, & everything Apple did to me, before Apple might maybe loan me some docs
My position on civil discovery is motioning for Judicial Notice of thousands of pages of public records
The Motion was filed Dec 25 2023 and Apple had 14 days to respond (which was January 8 2024), but Apple never responded
The hearing is now set for February 15 2024

"eBay will pay a $3 million fine to resolve criminal charges over a harassment campaign waged by employees who sent live spiders, cockroaches and other disturbing items to the home of a Massachusetts couple.
The Justice Department charged eBay with stalking, witness tampering and obstruction of justice more than three years after the employees were prosecuted... eBay accepted responsibility for the employees’ actions and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement."
Online retailer eBay has agreed to pay a $3 million fine to resolve criminal charges over employees who harassed a Massachusetts couple by sending live spiders, cockroaches and other disturbing items to their home. The Justice Department charged eBay in a criminal information with stalking, witness tampering and obstruction of justice on Thursday. The employees already were prosecuted more than three years ago in the scheme to intimidate David and Ina Steiner. The Massachusetts U.S. attorney’s office says eBay has entered a deferred prosecution agreement that could result in the charges against the company being dismissed if it complies with certain conditions. Ebay CEO Jamie Iannone called the company’s conduct in 2019 “wrong and reprehensible.”
Jan 8 2024 - I just filed my #CERCLA / #Superfund Whistleblower complaint against #Apple & request for de novo hearing ☑️
I already got the: "Thank you for contacting the Department of #Labor Office of Admin Law Judges..." reply ☑️
I hiked through the snow to the mailbox & Apple's been served via paper & email ☑️

Apple hasn't added lawyers to the latest NLRB charge yet
So when #NLRB sends updates about my charge
The NLRB staff are just emailing me and Tim Cook
My 12/29/23 #NLRB charge has been docketed. 🎉
One of Apple's lawyers emailed me this week to tell me she doesn't think she violated the #NLRA, and I was like, oh sweet baby, you're going to have to explain that to the federal investigator now, not to me.
#Apple Thread: https://twitter.com/ashleygjovik/status/1741146107122483454
🧵 This 12/29 NLRB charge is complicated & I didn't have the energy to explain it last night, but let me try now. There's 3 parts to it. First, Apple tried to get me to sign something called a discovery "protective order" to make my pay/benefits/perf reviews & complaints secret.
The last 2 weeks of shenanigans from Apple's lawyers were distressing
But I forever appreciate my labor-rights friends who hear about this kind of crap & are like 'file another #NLRB charge'
& remind me I'm not powerless...
& also maybe I'll trap Apple in a maze of their own labor violations.
Did you know,
that Chevron, led by Ron Sugar,
estimated that it's spent over one billion dollars
harassing human rights attorney Steven Donziger?
When people ask me how much more money Apple plans to waste in avoiding a real investigation into their safety/toxic waste misconduct, whilst concurrently harassing me, I think of Chevron.
The sky's the limit on Ron Sugar's anti-whistleblower spite expenses! He's happy to spend whatever it takes.
