@AllonsyMelissa Planning to check it out from the local library to get an idea of what he's included! Love his videos, happy his project has turned into a published book. I am trying to whittle down my #cookbooks and, where #baking is concerned, have to consider what can be modified for #glutenfree adaptation.

@thatmags I've only just started to get into the book, but it's very good so far. I'm actually just starting my cookbook collection and this seemed like a good addition to the collection. I decided I'm making icebox pinwheels from the book. I'll report back on how it goes.
