The EV shortcomings mostly come down to the regulatory agencies allowing them to run amok. Proprietary plugs to rosy range estimates. All failures of logical regulation

One can easily assume federal regulators are clueless at every level when it comes to EV’s. It’s easy to cast aspersions at Tesla because Eloon is a facism curious dolt. They all deserve scrutiny. The source of battery materials should be a warning sticker on the windshield, etc
