@ArrestJK @pezmico I was a Union reap once at a plastics factory for my particular department and it was owned by a multi national company I tell you they hate union's we showed up to the first meeting they had like 3 lawyer's the factory manager & the NZ manager to try intimate us they offered .2% at the time I got up and walked out with a "gives a call when your serious" you should of seen the union guy he was like wtf just happened. ππ

Countries where enterprise is the main method have smaller union membership.
Countries with sectoral bargaining have much higher union membership. Enterprise bargaining creates conflict between firm and unions. One's loss is one's gain.
Sectoral agreements can avoid zero sum agreements.
@pezmico That's more likely to be a correlation rather than casual relationship. Other countries have had similar change in income going to the top without a large drop in union membership.
That's not an argument not to join a union, everyone should do that anyway!
