@theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic 2 at night, 4 if I sleep during the day. 🤷🏻‍♂️
@theautisticcoach For me, it varies, I deal with insomnia, so I don't sleep very well most nights. I'd rate it maybe a 4-6 but again it really depends because I've had some nights where I successfully sleep from 1-8 am without waking up, or going to the bathroom.
@theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic 2 , it takes me hours to fall asleep and I wake up several times a night due to anxiety/nightmares and pain, and can't get back to sleep for several hours.

I take a sleeping pill every third night and that helps me fall asleep reasonably fast and sleep straight through the night, but sleeping pill or no sleeping pill I never wake up refreshed.

@theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic It's all over the map. Some nights it is a 2, some nights it is a 10.

I need zero to two naps per day, usually. However, the naps seem to be independent of the quality of my sleep. Back in my late 20s I was able to sleep just fine, but I need felt drowsy in the afternoon.

I had two sleep specialists on my case, and they were useless. At my first interaction, the first person I saw should have said "get a new bed, come back if you still have issues." Instead, they put me through a battery of test that cost money (mostly to the insurance). It was a waste. I just needed to change my bed.

@theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic 9 (unless I have unfinished work to do, then it is 5).
@theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic 2-3 usually, I either sleep for 2-3 hours a night or 10 hours…
