It's a pet treat interval counter - we have a low-tech one that is a block of wood with "the pet has|hasn't been fed" on each side, but it's useless because you never know *how long ago* the state changed. This one counts the minutes since the button was last pressed on the LED display. It's probably going to be housed in a mini picture frame using this #3dprinted frame.
