Albert d'Ente 🥥@GurgelSegrillo I'm not sure what is "correct" here, but I have found some success in finding conversations by following relatively narrow interest/issue-based hashtags, #adhd in case of your toot. Also I keep an eye on #followfriday to find recommendations of connections I can make.
