Dorna MohagheghI was absolutely certain of what the majority would decide in #FAIRvHarvard and yet the sheer predictability of the outcome does nothing to lessen the blow. The majority’s “originalism for me but not for thee” makes a mockery of the 14th Amendment.
But the most frustrating part is the reminder of just how far we’ve receded from even the possibility of any meaningful form of reparations to the historically oppressed peoples of this country.
