@MarkRubin A personal comment on why I like the #Metascience label: it doesn't refer to an established discipline. I do want to learn from and engage with philosophers and historians of science, for example, but I do not want to be bound by their norms and traditions. I am interested in connecting the study of science with the practice of science. That's by necessity transdisciplinary work, so it needs a fresh label.
