This is your periodic reminder to set up (or update) the Medical ID on your iPhone. I thought about it after my car accident last month and was surprised that it was pretty out of date.

(And tell your family. My parents had no idea it was a thing!)

Set up your Medical ID in the Health app on your iPhone

Medical ID helps first responders access your critical medical information from the Lock screen, without needing your passcode. They can see information like allergies and medical conditions as well as who to contact in case of an emergency.

@ismh Funny you say that, I had a reminder on my iPhone for it today. Went through it and at the end iOS mentions that it’ll remind you about it in 6 months time. Neat!
